We are happy to announce to the 73rd Annual Florida State Conference NAACP State Convention will be held at the Rosen Centre Hotel, 9840 International Drive, Orlando, Florida. The conference will be held September 8th through September 10th. This year’s theme is “Our Lives Matter, Our Votes Count”. This year’s convention will feature a historic criminal justice symposium on Thursday, September 8, 2016 that includes guests from the Attorney General’s Office, US Attorneys, FDLE, state prosecutors, public Defenders, and activists from the Dream Defenders and Black Lives Matter. On Friday, September 9, 2016 we will host a statewide candidate’s forum featuring candidates from around the state of Florida.

We will end this convention with our Freedom Fund Gala on Saturday, September 10th with our nationally renowned speaker, Congresswoman Marcia Fudge (D-11th District, Ohio).
